Originally from Gonzales, Louisiana, Evan Geiger graduated from Alvin Community College with a degree in radio/TV production. He has worked as a play-by-play announcer covering high school and junior college athletics in the Houston area since 2020. Evan’s last stop was as the sports information director and broadcasting director at John Melvin University. He has also worked for Rice University’s broadcasting department, Prep Baseball Report, Race On Texas, and others. Geiger joined Legacy Sports Network in the spring of 2024.
